Subscription fees may be charged monthly, annually, or as credits that are depleted with usage. While cancellations are permitted at any time, they do not entitle you to a refund. You may continue to access the Services until the end of your current billing period, provided the product or company remains operational.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and any other proprietary rights in the code, content, graphics, design, and user interface of the Services, are owned by LoneTools or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services, or any part thereof, without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Services or our intellectual property may result in termination of your access to the Services and potential legal action.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LoneTools AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LoneTools and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside of our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, embargoes, fires, floods, earthquakes, or internet outages.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by LoneTools. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
If the Services allow you to upload, post, or otherwise make available content, you retain all ownership rights in such content. However, by submitting content to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Services and agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content from the Services that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms or be otherwise objectionable.
Given the nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees or one-time purchases. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
